Cyber Monday
Hello Beauties!
I apologize that I was MIA for the month of November. It was such a busy and productive month for me but I'm back to share all of the beauty deals with you!
Cyber Monday is the biggest shopping day of the year for the Inter-webs! So grab your credit cards, gift cards and paypal accounts and grab some extra items for your kit, some stocking stuffers and of course for your vanity. :)
So here are some of my favorite deals that I've come across so far today:
Ulta: Ulta Beauty is having a great sale, for every $50.00 you spend you get $10.00 off your purchase. Check it out here.
Lorac: For all of you #Loracstars, all pro palettes are currently 25% off which makes each palette only $31.50 each! Grab yours here!
The Body Shop: 50% off plus free shipping! Check it out here.
Urban Decay: If you've been following my blog for a while, you know that I went ecstatic over the UD Electric Palette. Check out my review.
To grab your own for only $35.00, click here.
Sephora: If you're looking for the perfect stocking suffers, check out Sephora's sale section here.
Carols Daughter: For my naturalistas, Carol's Daughter is offering 40% off all purchases today! Check out their selected here.
Elf Cosmetics: I absolutely love Elf, especially since most of their products are dupes from MAC! Check out their amazing 50% off sale here.
BH Cosmetics: If you're just building your makeup kit or collection, I highly recommend BH cosmetics. Their shadows are super pigmented and their brushes last forever. Check out their sale here.

VMA Beauties
![]() |
| PC to MTV.com |
In traditional fashion, you know I have to speak on last night's VMA's. Usually, I pass up this opportunity because, well, it's BORING! LoL However, last night's VMA's were definitely on point for a few reasons.
So of course, the highlight of the night was none other than Mrs. Carter! Who proved once and for all that she will always raise the bar in music, dance and fashion! But I digress, let's actually recap some of the fashion and beauty that stood out to me, from the night.
Let's start with who absolutely killed it in every way possible, besides Queen Bey of course! ;)
Ariana Grande can pair just about anything with thigh high boots. I love this little gem. Her voice can seriously move a crowd and her fashion sense for being so young, is on point. Ariana is wearing a semi-Hollywood glam look with a soft smokey eye and dark red lips. Love this! There's nothing crazy at all about Uzo Aduba as she clearly can do no wrong! I only have one word for this look and it's FIERCE! Her stance alone screams that she's not here to put on a show but that she's definitely making a statement! With a silver smokey eye paired with bold dark red lips, she's just stunning! Not to mention, her hair is laid hunty! Ms. Minaj is gorgeous with her natural dark hair. With a smudged cat eye and nude lips, her makeup compliments her entire look perfectly. PC to JustJared.com In the words of Jay Z, "On to the next one!" Beyonce is just glowing in this Nicolas Jebran Black Sheer Gown. With shades of bronze and subtle smokey eye, she is just glowing on the red carpet. Her stylist Ty Hunter is just a beat behind her, ensuring that every single inch is perfection. Her makeup from her performance was just as stunning! Still rocking the soft smokey eye but with a pop of color on the lips! Ugh, so much life! Let's talk about Beyonce's 15 minute VMA performance that left the audience in tears! Sigh. Now, I've seen this woman perform live a few times but I've never seen her do damn near a whole album in 15 minutes! LAWDD! And that she did! My edges are gone, I cannot focus.. all I want to do is watch Bey dance and drop it... all day long. She even had Blue Ivy, groovin! Get it, Blue! I leave you with this. Check out Mrs. Carter's full performance here!
So.. besides Bey, what were your thoughts on this year's VMA's? Feel free to drop a comment below.
