My March Favs

Hello Beauties!

I wanted to do an actual Vlog (Video Blog) of all of my favs for this month but I'm still trying to figure out the whole editing process, so for now I'll continue to update my blog for your viewing pleasure. ;)

My current obsession is MAC's Fashion Set Collection! I can't wait until my order comes in so that I can share some swatches with you. Below is a pic of the Lippies from the collection (PC courtesy of MAC cosmetics) From Left to right: Heroine, Ablaze, Silly and Embrace me. I ended up just purchasing Heroine and Ablaze from the Lippies.

I'm super excited for these shades to come out too so I'll keep you posted once I'm able to get my hands on these babies!

Since March was such a busy month for me, I had to re-stock some items in my makeup kit and I decided to try out a few dupes instead of dropping extra $$ at MAC or Sephora. (Don't worry, I'll be back to spend my hard earned money) LOL So here's some of favs:

From Left to Right:
Organix Coconut Oil
Ulta Brush and Sponge Cleaner
Bath and Body Works Stress Relief Eucalyptus Spearmint Body Wash
Wet N Wild Totally Plumping Waterproof Mascara
Rimmel Kate Lippie #102
Maybelline Fit Me Concealer
Maybelline Master Precise Felt Tip Eyeliner
Eco Tools Eye Shadow Brush
Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Fresh and Rose
Formula 10.0.6 Seriously Shine Free Mattyfying Oil Free Moisturizer

Fav Hair Care Product:

The Organix line has definitely made an impression on me. My hair is very dry and even with oiling it everyday it still needs a little extra TLC. This Coconut Oil has definitely helped control the dryness in my scalp and it smells amazing. You can find this almost anywhere hair products are sold. I purchased this one at Wal Mart for about $5.00.

Fav Brush Cleaner:

Previously I was using the brush cleaner from Elf but I've fallen in love with Ulta's brush cleaner. It was $10.00 at Ulta however it drys quicker than any other brush cleaner I've used before! Even quicker than my Parian Spirit! :)

Fav Body Wash:

I actually received a sample of this for my bday and had to go back to Bath and Body Works to purchase the whole set. The smell alone of Eucalyptus and Spearmint is so relaxing that you'll find yourself staying in the shower or bath longer just due to the combiner aromas. LOL

Fav Mascara:

So I've been eyeing this baby for a while and I finally picked it up and absolutely loved it! I ended up reaching for this product over my previous fav, Benefit's They're Real Mascara. Best thing is it's completely waterproof and clump free.

Fav Lippies:

No surprise here especially since I've been talking about it all month! LOL Rimmel has won me over with these Kate Lippies but the one that I reached for the most, especially for my clients was #102 which is a soft pink shade. Love Love LOVE! My second favs were the Sugar lip treatments in Fresh and Rose. I've been sleeping on these for a while but since I received them as my free bday gift from Sephora, I had to try them out and I'm in love. The dark red cap is "Fresh" and the lighter one is "Rose" I kept mixing up the two because you would automatically think the rose shade is the darker cap. Did I mention that they also smell AHMAZING?!? :)

Fav Concealer:

Maybelline's Fit Me Concealer is better than my MAC concealer!! Yes, I said it! LOL I actually read a blog that this was a spot on DUPE for MAC's concealer.

Fav Eyeliner:

Another one from Maybelline, the precise felt tip eyeliner is sooooo smooth. I've been going back and forth between my eyeliner pencils and gels for a while but this baby does it all and it's very easy to use.

Fav Makeup Brush:

This Eco Tools Eye Shadow Brush is so soft and it blends like a dream!! I've been reaching for this brush more than my Mac 217 brush! I never thought that an OTC brush could be so amazing! Don't sleep on these brushes ladies! I think I may even go back and purchase the entire set!

Fav Moisturizer:

My absolute favorite item for this month is the Formula 10.0.6 Seriously Shine Free Mattyfying Oil Free Moisturizer! Wow! This baby does exactly what it says! It's oil-free and it feels so refreshing on my skin. My breakouts have reduced since using this and it works as a great primer as well! I came across this at Walgreens and it was on sale for $6.99. After using it for a couple days and falling in love with it, I went back and purchased 3 more bottles! LOL If you have oily or combination skin I definitely recommend this product.

That's all for now! If you've tried these products, feel free to comment below. I want to hear your thoughts too! Thanks for reading.
